Nefrosave Forte tablet is a medication used to slow down the progression of chronic kidney disease (CKD) in conjunction with high blood pressure and diabetes. This medication consists of acetylcysteine and pyridoxamine as its primary components. It should be taken as prescribed by your doctor, including the recommended dose and duration of treatment. If you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding, it is important to inform your doctor prior to taking Nefrosave Forte. Before beginning treatment with this medication, be sure to discuss any other medications, supplements, conditions, or illnesses with your doctor.

Contraindications
- If you are allergic to acetylcysteine, pyridoxamine or any of the other ingredients of Nefrosave Forte tablet.
- This medicne should not be used in children under the age of 2yrs.

- You are Hypersensitive to acetylcysteine or any other components.
Directions for Use
- Nefrosave Forte tablet should be taken as directed by your doctor.
- Swallow it as a whole with a glass of water, do not cut, break or chew the medicine.
- It should be taken after food.
- It would be best if you took it at a fixed time for optimal results.
- You should not consume it more than that prescribed by your doctor.
Storage and disposal
- Keep Nefrosave Forte tablets out of the reach of children.
- Medicine should be stored in a closed container at room temperature, away from heat, moisture and direct light.
- Do not freeze.

How Does It Work?
Interactions
Interactions with other medicines
- In combination with pyridoxal phosphate, cycloserine increases urinary excretion of pyridoxine.
- Some interactions with Antiepileptic Medications, Theophylline.
- May increase the blood pressure-lowering effect of nitroglycerin.
- If you use activated charcoal, it may decrease the effect of this medicine.
- Cough suppressants should not be used at the same time while using this medicine.
- If you need to use medicines to control or prevent infections (antibiotics).
