Nebicard T Strip Of 10 Tablets

• If you are allergic to telmisartan or nebivolol or any ingredients of Nebicard T tablet.
• If you are pregnant or may be pregnant, treatment should be discontinued if pregnancy is detected.
• If you have an obstruction or blockage in your bile duct (a duct that carries bile from the liver to gallbladder).
• If you have severe liver disease or liver failure or kidney function problem.
• If you have diabetes or kidney impairment and you are been treated with aliskiren (to treat high blood pressure).
• If you are experiencing heartbeats slower than regular (bradycardia).
• If you have poor blood circulation.
• If you are consuming other medicines with ingredients floctafenine (an anti-inflammatory agent) and sultopride (used to treat brain-related disorder) and heart medications.
• If you are suffering from excessive acid production in the body due to the body's inability to excrete acid/imbalance in the body's acid-base levels (metabolic acidosis).

• Headache
• Dizziness
• Skin sensations include itching, tickling, burning
• Weakness
• Nausea
• Stomach pain
• Diarrhoea
• Swelling

Other General Warnings

• You have kidney disease, have had a kidney transplant, or have liver disease.
• You are known to have narrowing or blockage of the blood vessels of one or both kidneys.
• You are having diarrhoea and vomiting, as this can cause dehydration and lead to low blood pressure. Consume plenty of water and fluids.
• You are suffering from water and salt retention in the body along with an imbalance of various blood minerals (raised aldosterone levels).
• You have an increased level of potassium in your blood.
• You are diabetic, have a low blood pressure problem (hypotension) or any heart disorder.
• You are taking blood pressure-lowering medicines such as ramipril or lisinopril.

• Nebicard T tablet should be taken as a whole as directed by the treating doctor.
• You should take it at the same time every day for better blood pressure control.

• Store in the original packaging, protected from sunlight and moisture
• Keep it out of the sight and reach of children and pets.

How Does It Work?

Interactions with other medicines

• Medicine used for heart disorders, such as digoxin, may require dose adjustment if it needs to be used concomitantly with the Nebicard T tablet.
• Some medicines can affect the way the Nebicard T tablet works, or the Nebicard T tablet itself can reduce the effectiveness of other medicines taken at the same time.
• Tell your doctor about all the medicines, supplements or herbals you are currently taking or might take to avoid any possible interactions.
• Especially, if you are taking medicines to treat high blood pressure, heart failure, high/abnormal cholesterol levels, blood thinners, anti-infectives, anti-diabetics, anti-asthmatics, pain killers, immunomodulatory medicines or medicines for brain-related disorders.

Interactions with food items

• It is advised to avoid high potassium-containing foods like spinach, broccoli, and potatoes.
