Medical Description

Montek FX tablet is an anti-allergic medicine used to relieve symptoms of allergic rhinitis such as runny & stuffy nose, sneezing, itching, watery eyes, blockage in airways and other allergic symptoms. It is a combination medicine containing montelukast and fexofenadine.

Montek FX tablet work by blocking the production of chemicals responsible for producing symptoms of allergy. You need to follow all the instructions of your doctor while taking this medicine. A few other medicines containing montelukast and fexofenadine are Allegra M tablet, Telekast F tablet, Emlukast Fx tablet, Histafree M tablet, and Montair Fx tablet.

Dizziness, cough, headache, nausea, and stomach pain are some of the common side effects of the Montek FX tablet. These side effects usually go away with time, but if you feel your condition deteriorates, you should consult your doctor or visit the hospital.

Before starting the Montek FX tablet, inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding and about all medications and supplements you take and all the conditions or diseases you suffer.
