- Amenorrhea (the absence of menstruation)
- Heavy, painful, or irregular menstrual cycle
- Abnormal uterine bleeding
- Endometriosis

- Known allergy to any ingredients of Megest tablet
- Known or suspected pregnancy
- Known, a history of, or suspected breast cancer
- Thromboembolic disease (formation of blood clots in the blood vessels)
- Porphyria (Disorders resulting from build-up of certain chemicals related to red blood cell proteins)
- Known or a history of liver disease

Directions for Use
- Take Megest 10mg tablet at a dose and for the duration prescribed by your doctor
- Do not crush, chew, or break the tablets
- Megest 10mg Tablet can be taken with or without food
- Take the tablet at the same time every day

- Keep Megest tablets out of children's sight and reach
- Do not use after expiry date
- Store your tablets at a temperature between 20-25°C

- The effect of Megest 10mg tablets can be altered, when used along with aminoglutethimide, warfarin or other blood-thinning medications, carbamazepine, phenytoin, phenobarbital, nelfinavir, ritonavir, efavirenz, nevirapine, rifampicin, or rifabutin.
