MDD XR 50 mg tablet is a prescription medicine mainly used for depression. It is composed of desvenlafaxine 50 mg. It is an antidepressant medicine, which belongs to a group of medications called Ser

otonin-Norepinephrine Reuptake Inhibitors (SNRI). It increases certain chemical messengers in the brain, which helps tackle symptoms of depression and elevates mood. Major depressive disorder is a mental health disorder. It is also known as clinical depression. It causes intense sadness, loneliness, and loss of interest in everything. MDD XR tablet helps reduce these symptoms. This medicine can have specific side effects like drowsiness, sexual dysfunction, loss of appetites, etc. Consult your doctor if you have any of them for a long duration. Do not stop taking this without consulting your doctor, as it can cause withdrawal symptoms like sweating, tremors, dizziness, irritability, etc. The dose of this medicine should be monitored because it can cause severe harmful and suicidal thoughts when used for a long duration.
