• Hormonal replacement therapy

• Allergy to this medication
• Patients 35 years of age
• History of smoking

• Headache
• Nausea
• Abdominal cramp
• Breast pain
• Bloating
• Vaginal spotting

Other General Warnings

• You had a history of acute heart failure
• You are above 35 years of age
• You have a history of smoking
• You are suffering from asthma or COPD
• You are suffering from type 2 diabetes mellitus
• You have heart disease
• You have a liver or kidney dysfunction
• You are allergic to the active ingredient or any other excipient
• You are taking other prescription, non-prescription medications, vitamins, or minerals

• Take this medication in the dose and for the duration as advised by your doctor
• Do not chew, crush or break the tablet in half
• Swallow it as a whole with a glass of water
• Take it with or without food as advised by your doctor

• Store in a cool and dry place at a temperature below 25°C
• Protect the medication from light and moisture
• Keep away from children and pets
• Do not flush the expired or unused tablets or throw them in household waste
• Talk to your pharmacist about safe ways of discarding the medication

How Does It Work?

Interactions with other medicines

• Concomitant use of this medication with lamotrigine decreases the systemic exposure to lamotrigine
• Using lynoral tablets with thyroid hormone replacement therapy increases the systemic exposure of thyroid-binding
• Concomitant use of this medication decreases the systemic exposure to acetaminophen, morphine, salicylic acid, and temazepam
• Concomitant use of this medication increases the systemic exposure of cyclosporine, prednisolone, theophylline, tizanidine, and voriconazole

• Avoid in cardiac patients
