Lopid 300mg Strip Of 10 Capsules
Lopid 300 MG Description
Lopid Capsule is a medicine that helps treat high cholesterol, which is a condition that can increase the risk of heart attack and stroke. This medication works by lowering "bad" cholesterol (LDL) and triglycerides while also raising "good" cholesterol (HDL) levels in your body. To use Lopid Capsule, follow your doctor's instructions carefully.
You can take it at any time of day, with or without food, but it's best to take it at the same time every day. Even if you don't feel sick, it's important not to stop taking this medicine without your doctor's approval. If you stop, your cholesterol levels may rise again, putting you at risk of heart disease and stroke. So, make sure to get your cholesterol levels checked regularly.
To get the best results, combine it with a healthy diet, regular exercise, quitting smoking (if applicable), moderating alcohol intake and working on weight reduction if needed. You can eat normally while on this medicine but try to avoid foods high in fat.
As with any medication, there might be some side effects. Common ones include nausea, abdominal pain, diarrhoea and vomiting. If you experience any of these or any other unusual symptoms, talk to your doctor.
Before starting Lopid Capsule, inform your doctor about all the other medicines you are taking. If you have kidney or liver disease, be cautious when using this medication. Additionally, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your doctor before taking Lopid Capsule.
