Itratuf 200 MG Description

Itratuf Capsule is used to treat fungal and yeast infections of various parts of the body such as skin, mouth, nails, feet, hands, etc. It contains itraconazole as an active ingredient. Itratuf is an

anti-fungal medicine. It acts on the cell wall of the fungi and inhibits the formation and growth of the fungi, further resulting in cell death. Do not stop taking Itratuf Capsule abruptly, as it may result in treatment failure and increase the risk of re-infection.

Itratuf Capsule is used to treat fungal and yeast infection such as infections of the mouth or vagina (causing thrush), skin infections and infections affecting other parts of the body.

Contraindications of Itratuf 200 MG

If you are allergic to itraconazole, other similar medicines, or any other ingredient of Itratuf Capsule.
If you have liver problems or heart-related disorders like irregular heartbeats.
If you are pregnant or planning for a baby.

Pregnancy

Can I take Itratuf Capsule during pregnancy?

Itratuf Capsule must not be taken by pregnant women. If consumed during pregnancy it increases the risk of foetal harm including severe birth defects when consumed during pregnancy at high doses. Talk to your doctor for more information.

Breast Feeding

Can I take Itratuf Capsule while breastfeeding?

Avoid Itratuf Capsule while breastfeeding as it is known to pass into the mother's milk and affects the baby.

Driving

Can I drive after consuming Itratuf Capsule?

Itratuf Capsule is not known to interfere with the driving ability of an individual. The side effects like dizziness and loss of hearing have been experienced while using this medicine. If you notice the symptoms, avoid driving.

Alcohol

Can I consume alcohol while taking Itratuf Capsule?
