- The side effects of Granicip Tablet may include:
- Common
- Headache
- Constipation
- Diarrhoea
- Weakness
- Lack of sleep
- Increased liver enzymes
- Serious: Seek immediate medical care
- Heart problems, including a condition called QT prolongation
- Signs of a severe allergic reaction: hives, swelling of the face, lips, or throat, sudden difficulty breathing, or a sudden drop in blood pressure (feeling faint or lightheaded)
- Severe stomach pain, bloating, vomiting, or inability to pass stool or gas (possible bowel blockage)
- Fainting, dizziness, or a fast, slow, or irregular heartbeat (possible heart rhythm problem)
- High body temperature, agitation, tremor, sweating, confusion, or muscle twitching (possible serotonin syndrome), especially if you also take antidepressant medicines

- You experience symptoms such as vomiting, stomachache, constipation, or difficulty passing stools due to possible blockage in the intestine, as this medicine may reduce bowel movement.
- You have heart problems such as irregular heartbeats or a history of a heart rhythm condition (long QT syndrome).
- You have previously had an allergic reaction to another 5-HT3 antiemetic medicine (such as ondansetron or dolasetron), as you may be more likely to react to Granicip Tablet as well.
- You are taking medicines such as dolasetron or ondansetron along with granisetron, which may increase the risk of cross-sensitivity.
- Symptoms such as high body temperature, sweating, shivering, fits, confusion, or other mental changes may indicate serotonin syndrome. Appropriate medical observation may be required.
Directions for Use
- Take Granicip Tablet as directed by your doctor.
- Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
- Do not crush, break, or chew the medicine.
- Take the medicine at the same time each day for best results.
- Do not take more than the prescribed dose.
- Do not change the dose unless your doctor advises it.

- Store the medicine in its original packaging to protect it from light.
- Keep the medicine out of the reach of children and pets.
