- You suffer from any heart disease (the irregular rhythm of heart, narrowing of blood vessels of heart, heart block).
- You have high blood pressure.
- You have raised pressure in the eyes (glaucoma).
- You have difficulty in passing urine (urinary retention).
- You are allergic to some milk proteins.
- You experience any adverse reaction or rashes, urticaria, difficulty in breathing.
- You have infections of lungs or airways (tuberculosis or any other viral, bacterial or fungal infection).
- You have a liver or kidney disorder.

Directions for Use
- Learn the proper technique of using Glycohale-F Rotacaps from your doctor. If possible use, it in front of them for the first time so that they may check.
- The medicine is packed in rotacaps and you need to puff it through your mouth deep into your airways.
- Glycohale-F Rotacaps must not be swallowed. Use this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use.

Interactions with other medicines
- Certain medicines can interfere with the action of Glycohale-F Rotacaps if, taken at the same time. Discuss with your doctor regarding any other medicine, herbal preparations and supplements you are taking currently to avoid interactions.
- Concomitant use of Glycohale-F Rotacaps with medicines used to treat heart-related diseases (quinidine, procainamide, propranolol, labetalol), blood pressure-lowering medicine such as hydrochlorothiazide, chlorthalidone, should be done with caution.
- Medicines used in brain disorders (phenelzine, isocarboxazid, amitriptyline and imipramine) and medicine to treat Parkinson's disease (Levodopa) should be used cautiously.
