Can I drive if I have consumed Genta Swift Injection?

Genta Swift Injection can cause dizziness or vertigo as the side effect; hence, avoid driving after taking this injection.

Alcohol

Gentamicin is an antibiotic. It works by stopping the synthesis of proteins in the bacteria which ultimately kills them.

Genta Swift Injection is injected by a doctor or nurse

Interactions of Genta Swift 80 MG

Interactions with other medicines

Gentamicin increases the effects of ether and other muscle relaxants.
Concomitant administration of methoxyflurane can damage the kidneys.
Concomitant administration of Indomethacin increases blood levels of gentamicin in newborn babies.
Oral anticoagulants and gentamicin can cause clotting problems.
Concomitant administration of neostigmine or pyridostigmine can cause the opposite effect to Gentamicin.
Concomitant administration of Botulinum toxin increases toxicity.
Concomitant administration of Cephalothin, cephaloridine, colistin, vancomycin, viomycin, streptomycin, amphotericin B, cisplatin, or loop diuretics can cause hearing problems or toxicity in kidneys.
