Guaiphenesin increases mucus volume and reduces its thickness, making it easier to cough out. Terbutaline relaxes the muscles of the airways, improving airflow and breathing. Chlorpheniramine blocks histamine action, reducing allergic reactions and congestion. Ambroxol works by enhancing mucus clearance from the respiratory tract.
