Flucreme Nm Ointment contains a combination of Fluocinolone, Miconazole and Neomycin. It is used to treat inflammation and swelling in various skin conditions suspected to have bacterial or fungal sk
in infections. It helps in reducing symptoms such as redness, swelling and itching. Do not use this medicine to treat any other skin conditions than that prescribed by your doctor. It is meant only for external application and should be applied exactly as recommended by your doctor. You may experience some application site reactions as side effects while on treatment with this medicine, but they normally fade away with time. But if you feel the side effects persist or your condition worsens, you should contact your doctor immediately. Before using this medicine, inform the doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding and about your detailed medical history.

Contraindications of Flucreme Nm Ointment 10gm
- If you are allergic to Fluocinolone, Neomycin, Miconazole or any of the ingredients in Flucreme Nm Ointment.
- If you have chickenpox, shingles, warts or any other wounds or skin infections.
- If you have acne, infections on the face, in and around the private parts, acne.
- If you have any untreated skin infections or skin thinning problem.
- This medicine should not be used for a nappy rash.

- You have had an allergic reaction to any steroids.
- You are applying Flucreme Nm Ointment on a cut or broken skin, acne, or on a larger skin area.
- You should avoid getting this medicine into your eyes, nose, mouth, open wounds, armpits or private parts. In case of such an exposure, you should wash the affected part thoroughly with water.
- You develop an allergic reaction or an infection after using Flucreme Nm Ointment. Immediately contact your doctor.
- You are also applying other topical medicines (cream, ointment, lotion, etc).
- You do not notice any improvement in your condition after applying this medicine for 7 days.
- This medicine should not be used to treat any other condition than that prescribed by the doctor.
- Do not cover the affected area of skin with a bandage or occlusive dressings.
- Flucreme Nm Ointment must not be used for a longer duration without proper medical guidance.

- Flucreme Nm Ointment works by the combined effects of its components - Fluocinolone, Miconazole and Neomycin.
- Fluocinolone is a steroid, which works by blocking the production of certain chemical substances in the body (prostaglandins) which cause itching, swelling and redness.
- Miconazole is an antifungal agent; it stops the growth of fungi by inhibiting the formation of a fungal cell wall component.
- Neomycin is an antibiotic and it works by inhibiting the growth and multiplication of bacteria causing infection.
