Cyclo-oxygenase 2 is responsible for the generation of prostaglandins which cause pain, redness and swelling in the body. Thus, etoricoxib provides relief from the pain and reduces redness and swelling. ...
- Pregabalin interferes with the pain signals that travel through the damaged nerves in the brain and spinal cord. It also improves the communication of nerves with each other and enhances the quality of life....
