Contraindications
- If you are allergic to the ingredients or excipients in the Durapain, do not use it.
- If you are allergic to NSAIDs, diclofenac, Tramadol, do not take them.
- If you have issues like stomach ulcers, gastroesophageal reflux disease, or heart failure Durapain may get contraindicated.
- If you have severe liver illness, then this medicine is not indicated.
- If you are an Individual with epilepsy, you should not use this medication.

- You may feel nauseated; if this happens, you may ask your doctor to prescribe an antiemetic (anti-sickness medicine).
- You develop symptoms like agitation, hallucinations, sweating, shivering, high heart rate, muscle stiffness, twitching, or loss of coordination, seek medical help straight away.
- The medicine should be consumed with or immediately following a meal or snack. This reduces the likelihood of gastrointestinal distress.
- To ease mouth dryness, keep sipping water or chewing sugar-free gum.
- In children,
- This medicine should not be used in children under the age of 18 because it has not been clinically proven to be safe and effective in this age group.
Directions for Use
- These tablets should be taken if a doctor has prescribed them. For the dosage and duration of this drug, follow your doctor's instructions.
- The Durapain Capsule should be consumed with food. Do not break or crush the tablet.
- It is recommended that you take a Durapain Capsule with food.

- Pain relievers (nimesulide, oxyphenbutazone), blood clotting agents (warfarin), and blood pressure-lowering drugs have all been documented to interact with Durapain Tablet (hydrochlorothiazide).
- Medicines like antifungals (itraconazole, voriconazole) may also interact with Durapain tablet.
- Benzodiazepines (alprazolam, diazepam, estazolam, flurazepam, lorazepam, triazolam) (quinidine) powerful pain relievers have shown adverse reactions to Durapain.
