Contraindications
- If you are allergic to the ingredients or excipients in the Durapain, do not use it.
- If you are allergic to NSAIDs, diclofenac, Tramadol, do not take them.
- If you have issues like stomach ulcers, gastroesophageal reflux disease, or heart failure Durapain may get contraindicated.
- If you have severe liver illness, then this medicine is not indicated.
- If you are an Individual with epilepsy, you should not use this medication.

- You may feel nauseated; if this happens, you may ask your doctor to prescribe an antiemetic (anti-sickness medicine).

- The medicine should be consumed with or immediately following a meal or snack. This reduces the likelihood of gastrointestinal distress.
- To ease mouth dryness, keep sipping water or chewing sugar-free gum.
- In children,
- This medicine should not be used in children under the age of 18 because it has not been clinically proven to be safe and effective in this age group.

- Pain relievers (nimesulide, oxyphenbutazone), blood clotting agents (warfarin), and blood pressure-lowering drugs have all been documented to interact with Durapain Tablet (hydrochlorothiazide).
- Medicines like antifungals (itraconazole, voriconazole) may also interact with Durapain tablet.
- Benzodiazepines (alprazolam, diazepam, estazolam, flurazepam, lorazepam, triazolam) (quinidine) powerful pain relievers have shown adverse reactions to Durapain.
