Cremaffin and Duphalac are both used to treat constipation, but their compositions and mechanisms of action differ. In contrast, Cremaffin Plus syrup contains sodium picosulfate, liquid paraffin and magnesium hydroxide. These ingredients combine to promote intestinal movement, soften the stool, and make defecation easier.
