Mode of Action

How Does It Work?

Duolin respules combine two bronchodilators, ipratropium bromide and levosalbutamol, which help relax and open the airways in the lungs. Ipratropium blocks the action of acetylcholine on airways, preventing muscle tightening, while levosalbutamol stimulates beta-2 receptors, leading to muscle relaxation. This dual action alleviates chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and asthma symptoms, improving breathing and reducing wheezing. Regular use helps maintain open airways, enhancing overall respiratory function.
