D Rozavel 20mg Tablet Description

D Rozavel 20 mg Tablet is used in the treatment of hyperlipidemia (high cholesterol) and obesity. This medicine is a combination of rosuvastatin and vitamin D3. Rosuvastatin belongs to a group of med

icines called statins. Rosuvastatin is used to lower the “bad” cholesterol and fat (such as LDL, triglycerides) along with a proper diet and raise "good" cholesterol (HDL) in the blood. Vitamin D3 is also known as cholecalciferol. It helps the body by using more of the calcium which is found in foods or supplements. In addition to eating a proper diet (i.e., a low cholesterol/low-fat diet), other lifestyle changes that may help this D Rozavel 20 mg Tablet work better include exercising, losing weight if overweight and stopping smoking. The dose and duration of D Rozavel 20 mg Tablet vary among individuals depending on the condition and severity it is being used for. You should not take more doses than prescribed by your doctor. The use of this medicine without a doctor’s prescription can cause serious health issues.

D Rozavel 20 mg Tablet is used in,
Treatment of high cholesterol level if you are at risk of heart attack or stroke. It is used in adults, adolescents and children 6 years or older for high cholesterol.

Lower the risk of atherosclerosis.

Contraindications of D Rozavel 20mg Tablet

If you are allergic to the active or inactive components of D Rozavel 20 mg Tablets.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
If you are suffering from liver disease.
If you are suffering from severe kidney problems.
If you have repeated or uncontrolled muscle pains or aches.
If you take a medicine called cyclosporin (which is given after organ transplants, rheumatoid arthritis).
