How Does It Work?

This medicine is a blood thinner, which prevents the existing blood clots from growing in size and also stops the formation of new ones.

Directions for Use of Cutenox 20mg Injection 0.2ml

  • The injection form of this medication comes in a syringe to be injected subcutaneously, but not into your muscle. Use it exactly as directed and stated by your doctor
  • Before injecting, wash your hands and the area of skin where you will give the shot
  • Look at the syringe to make sure that it is clear and colourless or pale yellow
  • Do not push any air or medicine out of the syringe unless your physician tells you to
  • Lie down and hold a fold of the skin within your finger and thumb. Press the entire needle into the skin and then press down on the syringe plunger to inject the medicine. Hold onto the skin the whole time you give the shot. Do not rub the site after injection
