Celor Plus Strip Of 10 Tablets

• As per CDSCO, Celor Plus tablets are used in the treatment of comorbid depression and anxiety disorder.

• Do not take Celor Plus tablets or take with caution:
• If you have been diagnosed with spinal or cerebellar ataxia (a muscle disorder).
• If you have been diagnosed with myasthenia gravis.
• If you have an impaired liver, lung or kidney function.
• If you have been diagnosed with sleep apnoea.
• If you have an alcohol-dependence disorder.
• If you have suicidal tendencies.
• If you have been diagnosed with acute narrow-angle glaucoma.
• If you have a known hypersensitivity to Clonazepam and Escitalopram Oxalate.

• Side effects of Celor Plus tablets include:
• Nausea
• Vomiting
• Loss of appetite
• Increased irritability
• Diarrhoea
• Anxiety
• Delayed ejaculation
• Erectile dysfunction
• Loss of sexual drive
• Tremors
• Sleepiness
• Uncoordinated body movements
• Dizziness
• Bleeding

Other General Warnings

• You have been diagnosed with medical conditions like glaucoma, seizures, heart conditions, renal disorders, or liver conditions. Your physician may need to modify the dose prescribed to you accordingly.
• You develop any thoughts of harming yourself while on this medication.
• You take other medicines for your health. Celor Plus tablet interacts with many medicines, so it is crucial that your doctor checks for any possible medicine interactions. Based on this information, they may choose to prescribe you a different medicine or modify the dose.

• It is recommended that this medication be taken at a fixed time every day, preferably at night.
• Celor Plus tablets can be taken with or without food.
• Swallow the tablet whole; do not split, crush, or chew it.
• Take this medication at the recommended dose. Do not alter the dose in any way, as this may lead to undesirable side effects.
• It is important to take Celor Plus tablets for the entire duration prescribed by your doctor. This holds even if you begin to feel better. Abruptly stopping this medication can lead to side effects such as increased irritability, difficulty sleeping, nausea, or anxiety.

How Does It Work?

Interactions with other medicines

• Co-administration of Tranylcypromine or other monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) is contraindicated as the risk or severity of adverse effects increases with these medicines. Taking them within 14 days of treatment is also contraindicated.
• Co-administration with Tapentadol or other agents that increase the level of serotonin is not recommended, as it may increase the central nervous system (CNS) depressant effects of the medicine and precipitate a dangerous side effect called Serotonin Syndrome.
• Co-administration with other benzodiazepines and strong painkillers like Tramadol is not recommended as they can increase its actions.
• Co-administration with warfarin, aspirin, or other drugs affecting coagulation is not recommended as this may lead to an increased risk of bleeding.
• The metabolism of Clonazepam and Escitalopram Oxalate may be altered with certain medicines. This may lead to their actions being prolonged or reduced. Co-administration with medications like Cimetidine and Amoxicillin is not recommended.
