• You are allergic to vitamin D3 or any ingredient of the capsule.
• You have high blood calcium levels (hypercalcemia).
• You have high levels of vitamin D in your body (hypervitaminosis D).
• You have kidney stones or a history of frequent kidney stones.
• You suffer from severe kidney impairment.
• You have certain heart conditions where calcium levels must be controlled.

• Cholestyramine, a cholesterol-lowering drug, may interfere with the absorption of Vitamin D, reducing its effectiveness.
