Bluvit D3 sachet is a vitamin supplement that contains vitamin D3/cholecalciferol as the active ingredient. Vitamin D is essential for the absorption of calcium, which helps maintain healthy and strong bones and teeth. It is produced naturally within the body when sun rays (UV rays) strike the skin. Low levels of Vitamin D can lead to weakness, fatigue and fragile or weak bones. Bluvit D3 sachet is a high dose of vitamin D to be taken once weekly, and it is not meant for daily consumption. It should only be taken for a limited period under a doctor's guidance. It is used for the treatment and prevention of vitamin D deficiency, as well as an adjuvant in certain bone-related conditions.
