How Does It Work?
Solifenacin relaxes the muscles that surround your bladder. This implies that your bladder can hold more fluids and you won't have to pass urine as frequently or urgently as before.

- Swallow it at once.
- Do not chew, crush, or break Bispec table

Interactions with other medicines
- Inhibitors of CYP3A4 like ketoconazole may increase the concentration of solifenacin in the body
- Rifampicin, phenytoin, and carbamazepine may decrease the concentration of solifenacin in the body

- Keep this medication out of children's sight and reach
- Do not use Bispec tablets after expiry
- Store Bispec tablets at 25 degree Celsius

Overdose of Bispec tablets can cause headache, dry mouth, dizziness, drowsiness, blurred vision, hallucinations, over-excitability, seizures, difficulty breathing, raised heart rate (tachycardia), urinary retention, and dilated pupils. Missed a Dose
