Aztocaine Elachi oral gel is a combination antacid and local pain-relieving medicine used for acidity, heartburn, indigestion and pain linked with ulcers of the stomach or food pipe. It contains aluminium hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide, which neutralise excess stomach acid, and oxetacaine, which temporarily numbs ulcer-related pain. The antacid ingredients reduce acid irritation while oxetacaine provides short-term relief from discomfort. Aztocaine Elachi oral gel is used by mouth, usually before meals when advised, and should be measured and used exactly as directed. It is not intended for ordinary mouth ulcers.
