Kutajarishta is prepared by using ingredients like:
Kutaja
• Kutaja is Holarrhena antidysenterica, a herb used to treat dysentery.

• It balances pitta and Kapha doshas.

Guda
• Guda is jaggery, a natural sugar substitute.
