• If you are allergic to metformin, remogliflozin etabonate or to any of the other ingredients of Remo-M 500 tablet.
• If you have problems with your heart, liver, or kidneys
• If you have uncontrolled diabetes
• If you are suffering from any conditions - diabetic pre-coma or coma
• If you have lactic acidosis (a condition causing too much acid in your body)
• If you have a diabetes complication - diabetic ketoacidosis
• If you suffer from conditions that may alter kidney parameters like dehydration, shock, or sever infection.
• If you are an alcoholic or consume alcohol regularly.

Other General Warnings

• You have problems with your heart, liver, or kidneys

Overdose

Missed a Dose
