Contraindications
- If you are allergic to metformin, remogliflozin etabonate or to any of the other ingredients of Remo-M 500 tablet.
- If you have problems with your heart, liver, or kidneys
- If you have uncontrolled diabetes
- If you are suffering from any conditions - diabetic pre-coma or coma
- If you have lactic acidosis (a condition causing too much acid in your body)
- If you have a diabetes complication - diabetic ketoacidosis
- If you suffer from conditions that may alter kidney parameters like dehydration, shock, or sever infection.
- If you are an alcoholic or consume alcohol regularly.

- You have problems with your heart, liver, or kidneys

Directions for Use
- Remo-M 500 tablet should be taken as directed by your doctor.
- Swallow it whole with a glass of water, do not cut, break or chew the medicine.
- It should be taken with your meals to reduce stomach discomfort.
- It would be best if you took it at a fixed time for optimal results.
- You should not consume more than that prescribed by your doctor.

How Does It Work?
- Remo-M 500 tablet works by the combined action of metformin and remogliflozin etabonate.
- Metformin works by decreasing the amount of glucose absorbed from the intestine, lowering the amount of sugar created by the liver, and facilitating the entry of sugar into the cells.
- Remogliflozin acts by inhibiting the glucose re-absorption and increases blood glucose excretion through urine. Thereby, helps in decreasing blood glucose levels in blood.
