Ultrabrite cream is used in the treatment and prevention of moderate-to-severe melasma (dark and discoloured patches on the skin). It is also used to lighten skin tone or appearance. Ultrabrite cream
can also be used to treat senile lentigines (dark spots or age spots in older people due to exposure to the sun). It contains a combination of three medicines - mometasone, tretinoin and hydroquinone. This medicine is for external use only. Do not use this medicine for a prolonged duration unless prescribed by your dermatologist. Avoid using this cream near the eyes. If it comes in contact with the eyes, rinse the eyes with water immediately. Avoid sun exposure immediately after applying this medicine.

- Ultrabrite cream is used to treat brownish to greyish patches of pigmentation, usually on the face called melasma.
- It is also used to lighten the skin tone and dark spots or age spots in older people due to exposure to the sun.
Contraindications of Ultrabrite Tube Of 15gm Cream
- If you are allergic to mometasone, tretinoin, hydroquinone, or any other ingredient of Ultrabrite cream.
- If you have skin conditions such as eczema (infected skin due to allergy), rosacea (small red pustules on the face), rashes around the mouth (perioral dermatitis), or damaged skin anywhere in the body....
- If you have a viral or fungal infection of the skin, any ulcers on the skin, or tuberculosis.
- If you need to be exposed to the sun for prolonged periods (using sunscreen lotion is advisable).
- If you have a skin tumour or a family history of skin tumour.

Mode of Action of Ultrabrite Tube Of 15gm Cream
How Does It Work?
- Ultrabrite cream contains a combination of mometasone, tretinoin, and hydroquinone as active ingredients.
- Hydroquinone prevents the action of a chemical known as tyrosinase, which is responsible for the production of a pigment called melanin. Melanin is responsible for skin pigmentation and melasma.
- Tretinoin is responsible for decreasing the pigmentation/melanin on the upper layers of the skin.
- Mometasone is a corticosteroid that works by blocking the production of inflammatory chemicals like prostaglandins and leukotrienes. Mometasone also narrows and constricts blood vessels, which are widened and leaky....
Directions for Use of Ultrabrite Tube Of 15gm Cream
- Use Ultrabrite cream as directed by your doctor.
- Clean and dry your hands before and after applying the medicine unless your hands are the area to be treated.
- Wash the affected area and let it dry before application.
- Apply the medication only to the hyperpigmented areas and rub gently to cover the entire affected area.
- Avoid covering the affected area with a bandage or wrap.
- In case your eyes come in contact with this cream, then rinse your eyes with clean water immediately.
