Mode of Action of Tbis 0.1 %W/W
How Does It Work?
Tacrolimus is a class of medications called topical calcineurin inhibitors. The medicine prevents the immune system from producing substances that may cause eczema.

Interactions with other medicines
- Formal topical drug interaction studies with tbis 0.1% (tacrolimus) ointment have not been conducted
- The inhibitors of CYP3A4 like erythromycin, ketoconazole, itraconazole and diltiazem may reduce the metabolism of tacrolimus
Storage and disposal of Tbis 0.1 %W/W
Store at a temperature below 25°C. Keep away from light and moisture. Do not freeze. Store out of reach from children. Ensure the cap is tightly closed after use. Do not throw away the unused medicine in the household trash. Instead, please ask your pharmacist for safe disposal practices....
Dosage of Tbis 0.1 %W/W
Overdose
Please go to the emergency department closest to you in case of overdose. In addition, please carry the product package with you to provide the doctor treating you with the necessary details.
Missed a Dose
If you forget to apply the ointment at the scheduled time, do it as soon as you remember and then continue as before. However, if it is time for your next dose, please skip the missed dose and apply the current one. Do not apply in excess amount....
