T Glip M Tablet is an anti-diabetic medicine containing a combination of two medicines - Teneligliptin and Metformin. It is used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus when diet and exercise alone are not

effective. Avoid using this medicine if you are allergic to it or are a type 1 diabetes patient. Take this medicine in doses and duration as prescribed by the doctor. Do not miss any dose or consume it more than that prescribed. Before starting T Glip M Tablet, inform the doctor about your medical history & all the medicines you take.

Decreased absorption of vitamin B12 may result in Vitamin B12 deficiency, further resulting in anaemia and nerve problems. Decreased levels of vitamin B12 may cause tingling sensation and numbness in hands and feet, weakness, urinary problems and difficulty in maintaining balance (ataxia).
