Spasmo Proxyvon injection is used to treat the symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome. It contains dicyclomine as the active substance that works by relaxing the muscles of the stomach and intestine. S
pasmo proxyvon injection should not be used in infants less than 6 months of age. This injection will be given to you by your doctor or nurse. Do not self-inject this medicine. Do not breastfeed if you are taking Spasmo proxyvon injection.

Uses of Spasmo Proxyvon 10 MG
Spasmo proxyvon injection is used for the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome.
Contraindications of Spasmo Proxyvon 10 MG
- If you are allergic to dicyclomine or any other ingredient of Spasmo proxyvon injection.
- If you are breastfeeding or in infants less than 6 months of age.
- If you have a condition like glaucoma or myasthenia gravis.
- If you had or have a stroke.
- If you have difficulty passing urine due to blockage in your urinary tract.
- If you have a blockage in your stomach or intestine.
- If you have ulcers in your large intestine.
- If you have inflammation of the food pipe.

Interactions with other medicines
- Some medicines can affect the way Spasmo proxyvon injection works or Spasmo proxyvon injection itself can reduce the effectiveness of other medicines taken at the same time.
- Tell your doctor about all medicines, supplements or herbals you are currently taking or might take to avoid any possible interaction.
- Spasmo proxyvon injection counteracts the effect of antiglaucoma medicines (latanoprost, travoprost).
- Spasmo proxyvon injection may cause an increase in the side effects if you are taking medicines with anticholinergic activity (quinidine, amantadine, phenothiazine, meperidine).
- Particular care should be taken if you are taking medicines for gastrointestinal motility (metoclopramide), heartburn (sodium bicarbonate, magnesium trisilicate), heart failure (digoxin).
