- You have any kind of visual, liver, or kidney disorder without a doctor’s supervision.
- You have a history of blood disorder, bipolar disorder, Parkinson’s disease, Hyperthyroidism, low white blood count, or any other disease.
- You’re taking any vitamins or supplements along with Serenace, even if the supplement is herbal, ayurvedic or any other category.
- The symptoms might not improve for a few weeks initially, so continue taking medicine.
- Serenace does not cure Schizophrenia; it just helps improve the symptoms. Be regular with the dose; Serenace Tablet cannot be stopped without a doctor's recommendation.
- Do not give Serenace Tablet to anyone you feel has the same symptoms; it can lead to serious side effects.
Directions for Use
- Serenace Tablet is to be taken as per the doctor’s recommendation.
- It is generally prescribed for long term usage and taken 1-2 times a day.
- Take as advised by the doctor and preferably at the same time.
- It can be taken with or without food, preferably with food to avoid stomach problems.
- Do not stop taking the dose on your own if you start feeling better without consulting your doctor. It can worsen the situation.
- Consume the tablet as a whole with some water.
- The tablet should not be distorted in any way; it should not be chewed or crushed.

- Serenace Tablet is known to interact with the following medications -
- Blood thinners like Warfarin can affect the efficacy of the medicine.
- Anticholinergic medicines like Belladona can interfere with Serenace.
- Antihistamine medicines like Cetrizine, anti-anxiety medications like Alprazolam and muscle relaxant can increase the feeling of drowsiness.
- Pimozide, Quinidine, Erythromycin can affect the normal heart rhythm.

- Serenace tablet does not interact with food.
