• If you have a known severe hypersensitivity or systemic allergic reaction to romiplostim, proteins derived from E.coli, or any inactive ingredients in the product.
• Romy powder for injection is not indicated for thrombocytopenia caused by conditions other than ITP, including myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS), unless specifically approved for that indication.

• Thromboembolic Complications: Deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, myocardial infarction, or stroke due to excessive platelet increases.
• Bone Marrow changes: Increased reticulin or other bone marrow changes may occur during treatment and can affect blood cell production in some patients.
• Severe thrombocytopenia after stopping treatment: Platelet counts may fall back to or below the pretreatment level after treatment is discontinued, which may increase the risk of bleeding.
