Reziz Forte tablet in patients taking folate inhibitors may further depress folate metabolism
Pyrimethamine with trimethoprim/sulphonamide combination may result in megaloblastic anaemia
Concurrent administration of methotrexate and pyrimethamine to children with central nervous system leukaemia may result and increase the risk of convulsions
When given with other antimalarial medicines increases the risk of seizures
Concurrent administration of lorazepam and daraprim may induce hepatotoxicity
The presence of antacid salt or anti-diarrhoeal agent like kaolin reduced the absorption of pyrimethamine
