Razel Gold 75/75/20mg capsules 10s is a combination of three medicines, namely, Rosuvastatin, Clopidogrel, and Aspirin. This medication is used to treat heart attacks, angina, and stroke. Rosuvastati
n inhibits the natural molecules that produce cholesterol. Clopidogrel and aspirin prevent the clumping of platelets in the blood, thereby preventing the formation of blood clots. This medicine is only available on a doctor's prescription and should be taken at a dose and for a duration prescribed by the doctor. This medicine is not recommended in pregnant and breastfeeding women. Before taking this medicine, inform your doctor if you are allergic to any of the ingredients of this medicine or have other health conditions.

Directions for Use of Razel Gold 75/75/20mg Strip Of 10 Capsules
The dose and duration of the medicine must be followed strictly as directed by the doctor
Consume the tablets with water
Do not crush, chew, or break the tablets
Interactions of Razel Gold 75/75/20mg Strip Of 10 Capsules
Interactions with other medicines
Concomitant use of cyclosporine, gemfibrozil, lopinavir, atazanavir, ritonavir, tipranavir, fosamprenavir, fenofibrate, ketoconazole, itraconazole, or fluconazole increases blood levels of rosuvastatin
Concomitant use of aluminium, magnesium hydroxide, or erythromycin reduces blood levels of rosuvastatin
Rosuvastatin increases blood levels of warfarin, digoxin, and oral contraceptive
Concomitant use of omeprazole, esomeprazole, etravirine, felbamate, fluoxetine, fluvoxamine, cimetidine, fluconazole, ketoconazole, voriconazole, or ticlopidine reduces blood levels of clopidogrel
Concomitant use of alcohol or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicines increases risk of stomach bleeding
Concomitant use of antacids increases excretion of aspirin
Concomitant use of non-steroidal ciclosporin or tacrolimus increases kidney toxicity due to ciclosporin or tacrolimus
Concomitant use of methimazole, ibuprofen, reduces the effects of aspirin
Concomitant use of acetazolamide increases toxicity in brain
Concomitant use of blood pressure-lowering medicines can damage the kidneys
Aspirin increases blood levels of lithium and digoxin
Aspirin increases blood glucose-lowering effect of antidiabetic medicines
Concomitant use of coumarin, heparin, warfarin, or alteplase increases bleeding risk
