Description
Ramiven tablet belongs to the class of anticancer medicines. It contains abemaciclib as its active ingredient. Abemaciclib interrupts the process through which cancer cells multiply and divide. Ramiven tablet is used in combination with endocrine therapy for the treatment of early and Advanced or metastatic breast cancer.

How Does It Work?
Abemaciclib is a CDK inhibitor (cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor) and selectively inhibits CDK4 and CDK6. The CDK4 and CDK6 proteins are found both in healthy cells as well as in cancer cells. They control the multiplication and division of cells. In breast cancer, these proteins can become overactive and cause the cells to grow and divide uncontrollably. CDK4/6 inhibitors like Ramiven tablet interrupt these proteins to slow or even stop the cancer cells from growing abnormally....
