Prulastin-M tablet is used to treat allergic rhinitis characterized by runny & stuffed nose, blockage in airways, sneezing, itching, watery eyes and other allergic symptoms. Prulastin-M contains bila

stine and montelukast as its active ingredient. This medicine acts by blocking the release of the chemical substance responsible for allergic symptoms. Take this medicine as advised by your doctor for the prescribed dose and duration. It is recommended to take this medicine without food and at the same time every day for optimum benefits. Avoid or be cautious while driving after taking this medicine. Before starting the treatment with this medicine, inform your doctor about your medicine and medication history.

Mode of Action of Prulastin M Strip Of 10 Tablets

How Does It Work?

Montelukast blocks certain natural substances called leukotrienes, which may cause allergies. It reduces swelling, relaxes airways and helps to make breathing easier.
Bilastine blocks the action of a natural substance called histamine. Histamine is produced by the body during the event of an allergic reaction.
The combined action of these two components present in the Prulastin-M tablet helps in relieving the symptoms of allergic rhinitis or hay fever.
