Medical Description
Pregalin M 75 capsule is used to treat neuropathic pain (pain associated with nerve damage in the brain). It is a combination medicine containing two active ingredients - pregabalin and methylcobalamin.
It should be taken as directed by the doctor in the correct doses and for the exact duration as prescribed. It would be best if you take Pregalin M at a fixed time for optimal results and should not consume more than that prescribed by your doctor. Pregeb M 75 capsule, Pregacipc M capsule, Pregaba-M 75 capsule and Mahagaba M 75 capsule are a few other medicines with pregabalin and methylcobalamin as their active components.
Common side effects of the Pregalin M 75 capsule are nausea, diarrhoea, headache, dizziness and stomach pain. Most of these are temporary, but if you feel the side effects persist, you should contact your doctor immediately.
Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding, about all the medicines and supplements you take and all the conditions or diseases you suffer from before starting the Pregalin M 75 capsule.

- You have existing medical conditions such as liver or kidney problem, fits, heart-related problem, low level of vitamin B12, etc.
- You are experiencing vision problems or dizziness and sleepiness.
- You experience allergies like bumps and swelling in the skin, itching, etc. after taking this medicine.
- You experience swelling around your face and other body parts or difficulty in breathing, immediately seek medical help.
- You are experiencing muscle weakness, pain, discomfort, tenderness. This can be a sign of a muscle problem called myopathy inform your doctor immediately.
- You may get suicidal thoughts after taking this medicine, talk to your doctor immediately.
- You have a history of fits, then never stop this medicine abruptly, your doctor shall gradually decrease the dose.
- Pregalin M 75 capsule can cause dizziness and this can lead to accidental injury (fall) in elderly patients. Be cautious if you are an elderly patient or giving this medicine to an elderly patient.
Directions for Use
- Pregalin M 75 capsule should be taken as directed by your doctor.
- Swallow it as a whole with a glass of water. Do not cut, break or chew the medicine.
- It can be taken with or without food.
- It would be best if you took it at a fixed time for optimal results.
- You should not consume it more than that prescribed by your doctor.
