Medical Description

It is given in conjunction with another medication known as fulvestrant and is appropriate for both postmenopausal women and men. Before the treatment, your doctor may give you medication to prevent nausea and vomiting. During treatment and for one week after the last dose, women should use an effective form of birth control. Male patients with female partners should use effective birth control during treatment as well as for one week after the last dose.
