• If you are allergic to Clindamycin, Nicotinamide or any other components of {[name}}.
• If you have a history of inflammatory bowel disease.
• If you have ever developed diarrhoea after using any antibiotic medicine.

• Burning sensation, itching, irritation, redness of skin at the area {[name}} is applied.
• Skin peeling
• Dry skin

Other General Warnings

• You have a history of any allergic skin reactions
• You notice dryness, irritation and peeling of skin after using {[name}}.
• You experience an allergic reaction after using this medicine
• You are also applying other topical medicines (cream, ointment, lotion, etc)
• You do not notice any improvement in your condition after applying {[name}} for two weeks.
• Avoid contact with your eyes, nose and mouth.

• {[name}} is meant for external use only.
• Use it as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
• Read the instructions on the label or leaflet before use.
• Clean and dry the infected area well.
• Apply it on the affected skin surface free from cuts and wounds.
• Avoid touching the tip of the container directly to the infected area of the skin.
• Wash your hands before and after using this medicine.
• In case your eyes come in contact with this medicine rinse your eyes with clean water immediately.

How Does It Work?

• {[name}} works by the combined action of its two components - Clindamycin and Nicotinamide.
• Clindamycin is an antibiotic, which works by inhibiting the growth and multiplication of acne-causing bacteria.
• Nicotinamide, (a form of vitamin B3) is an anti-inflammatory agent. It works by reducing the swelling and redness associated with acne. It also regulates the amount of acne-causing oil being produced by the oil glands in your skin and helps in lightening the marks due to pimple, acne and other skin problems.

Interactions with other medicines

• {[name}} is applied externally on the skin, thus it is less likely to interact with other medicines taken orally. However, it may interact with other topically applied creams, lotion and gel. Discuss with your doctor if you are already on another topical gel or cream.
• {[name}} should be used with caution along with medicines like atracurium, Nimbex, Norcuron, etc.
