- If you’ve conditions like liver disease, kidney disease, or heart problems.
- The child is being given some other medication as well.
- If you need to stop the medicine, do not do it abruptly, it may cause adverse effects.
- Inform the doctor if you observe any side effects.
- If the child develops symptoms of an allergic reaction, and you need to reach out to emergency services.
Directions for Use
- You should use Pedicloryl for your child as advised by your doctor. It should be given before food as it may decrease the absorption of the medicine. Give the syrup in the dosage as told by the doctor.
- If this medicine has been prescribed as a treatment for insomnia, it is better to give it one hour before sleep time. Pedicloryl takes about 30-40 minutes to bring about a sleep effect.
- Let the child stay in bed after the medicine has been given. Do not repeat the dose if the child doesn’t fall asleep.
- Do not give medicine without a prescription. Shake the bottle well before giving medicine. Use the measuring cup and pour the quantity as advised by the doctor. If the child vomits within 30 minutes of medicine intake, you may repeat the dose. You should not stop the medicine abruptly as it may cause adverse effects.
- Consult your doctor if the child gets an upset stomach, abdominal pain, vomiting, or shows signs of excessive irritability. Talk to the doctor if side effects stay for long.
