• Nosebleeds
• Mouth soreness (mucositis/stomatitis)

• Reduced blood counts (low white cells, platelets, or lymphocytes) found on routine blood tests

• Liver injury
• Heart failure
• Serious bleeding, including coughing up blood or blood in the stool
• Severe abdominal pain
• Severe headache, seizures, confusion, vision changes, or blindness

• Serious infection
• Blood clots
• Gastrointestinal perforation or fistula
• Posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRES)

Other General Warnings

• You have a history of heart disease, stroke, blood clots, or bleeding problems...
• You have high blood pressure that is not well controlled.
• You have kidney or liver disease.
• You have thyroid problems.
• You have had gastrointestinal problems, including ulcers, diverticular disease, or previous gastrointestinal perforation or fistula.
• You recently had surgery or plan to undergo surgery, as Pazolee tablet may affect wound healing.
• You develop chest pain, shortness of breath, severe headache, seizures, vision changes, or sudden weakness

• Take Pazolee tablet on an empty stomach at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal, at the dose prescribed by your doctor.
• Swallow the tablet(s) whole with water.
• Do not stop, skip, increase, or reduce your dose without first talking to your doctor.
• Avoid grapefruit and grapefruit juice while taking this medicine.

• Store Pazolee tablet tablets according to the storage conditions stated on the product packaging.
• Keep Pazolee tablet and all medicines out of the reach of children and pets.
• Do not use tablets that are past their expiry date or appear damaged.
• Dispose of any unused or expired medicine safely.

• ake Pazolee tablet once daily on an empty stomach, at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after food, at the same time each day.
• Attend all scheduled blood tests for liver function, particularly during the first few months of treatment.
• Get your blood pressure checked regularly, particularly during the early weeks of treatment.
• Seek urgent medical care for any signs of serious bleeding, sudden chest pain, shortness of breath,severe abdominal pain, or severe headache with vision changes.
• Tell your doctor about all other medicines, supplements, and herbal products you take, especially medicines that affect liver function or heart rhythm.

Interactions with other medicines

• Tell your doctor about all prescription and OTC medicines, vitamins, supplements, and herbal products you take.
• Strong CYP3A4 inhibitors (such as certain antifungal, antiviral (e.g., HIV medicines), or antibiotic medicines) may increase Pazolee tablet levels and the risk of side effects.
• Strong CYP3A4 inducers (such as certain antibiotics used for tuberculosis) may lower Pazolee tablet levels and reduce its effectiveness.
• Medicines that prolong the QT interval may increase the risk of abnormal heart rhythms; ECG monitoring may be required.
• Simvastatin and other medicines that may affect the liver can increase the need for liver-function monitoring.
• Pazolee tablet may increase the blood levels of some medicines, so your doctor may need to adjust or monitor certain treatments.

Interactions with food items

• Pazolee tablet should be taken without food at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after eating.
• Avoid grapefruit and grapefruit juice throughout treatment, as they can raise Pazolee tablet levels in your blood.
