Omnicef O 200 MG Description
Omnicef O 200 tablet is an antibiotic medicine. It contains cefixime as its active ingredient. It is used in treating bacterial infections of the urinary tract, lungs, throat, airways, tonsils, middl
e ear and cervical/urethral infections. It is also used to treat typhoid fever. It works by interfering with the synthesis of the cell wall of bacteria, which leads to the death of the bacteria responsible for the infection. You must complete the entire course of antibiotics to prevent the risk of re-infection. Before using this medicine, inform the doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding and about your detailed medical history.
