Olumiant 4mg tablet is a medicine used for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. It contains baricitinib as its active ingredient. This medicine works by decreasing immune activity by inhibiting cer

tain enzymes (janus kinase). Rheumatoid arthritis is an auto-immune disorder in which your body mistakenly attacks the healthy cells of the body causing inflammation and pain. It mainly occurs in joints (hands, wrists, and knees) causing pain, lack of balance, tenderness and misshapenness. This medicine relieves pain, swelling and tenderness in joints. The dose and duration of Olumiant 4mg tablet are decided by your doctor after careful assessment of your condition. Olumiant 4mg tablet should not be used during breast-feeding. Either breastfeeding or medicine should be discontinued as decided by the doctor depending on the benefit of breast-feeding for the child and the benefit of therapy for the woman.

Driving

Can I drive if I have consumed Olumiant 4mg tablet?

Olumiant 4mg tablet has no or negligible influence on the ability to drive and use machines.

Can I consume alcohol with Olumiant 4mg tablet?
