New Zenlactin Plus syrup is an appetite stimulant used to treat loss of appetite and vitamin B complex deficiency. It contains cyproheptadine and a combination of vitamin B including vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B3, vitamin B5, and vitamin B6.
It works by inhibiting the action of a chemical substance called serotonin which acts as an appetite suppressant. Thus, increasing hunger by constantly increasing the energy requirement. Cyproheptadine may be combined with vitamin B complex supplements to boost weight gain and overall nutrition in people with conditions that affect appetite or nutrient absorption.
New Zenlactin Plus syrup should not be used in children below 2 years of age. Always shake the bottle well before consuming. Inform your doctor if you are on any other medicine or have medical conditions.
