• If you are allergic to fluticasone, oxymetazoline, or any other ingredients of this medicine.
• If you have an untreated nasal infection.
• If you have recently undergone nasal surgery or injury, unless advised by your doctor. In children below the recommended age, as advised by your doctor.

• Dryness of the nose or throat
• Sneezing
• Altered taste
• Dizziness
• Prolonged use may cause rebound nasal congestion.

Other General Warnings

• You have asthma.
• You have glaucoma or cataract.
• You have high blood pressure or heart disease.
• You have a thyroid disorder.
• You have diabetes.
• You have had any nose injury or operation.
• You are suffering from a nose infection.

• Use this medicine exactly as directed by your doctor.
• Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
• Read the instructions on the label or leaflet before use.
• Clean your nose by gently blowing over a handkerchief or tissue.
• Insert the tip into the affected nostril by tilting the head slightly forward.
• Use the nasal spray by pressing the pump once and inhaling gently.
• Remove the tip from the nostril and repeat the same for the other nostril if advised.
• Do not forget to replace the cap tightly after use.

• Store this medicine in a cool and dry place, protected from direct sunlight, moisture, and heat.
• Keep it away from children and pets.
• Do not refrigerate or freeze.
• Discard unused medicine properly. Do not flush it in the toilet or throw it into the drain.

• This medicine when used for prolonged duration may cause rebound congestion due to oxymetazoline.
• In children receiving prolonged corticosteroid treatment, growth monitoring may be required.
• Continue using this medicine even if you may not feel better right away, as it may take a few days for the steroid component to work.
• Nasohold Ox nasal spray is used for the management of allergic rhinitis and associated nasal congestion.
• Shake it well before each use.
• Before using this medicine, blow your nose to clear it of any mucus.
• Insert the nozzle into one nostril and press down on the pump to release the spray.
• Do not use longer than prescribed to avoid rebound congestion.
• Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding. Also, inform your doctor about all other medicines and your complete medical history.

Interactions with other medicines

• This medicine may interact with other medicines. Discuss with your doctor about all the medicines, supplements, or herbal preparations you are taking. Also, inform your doctor if you have a planned surgery or vaccination schedule.
• Medicines like ritonavir (used to treat HIV infection) should not be used concomitantly unless necessary.
• Concomitant use along with ketoconazole, itraconazole, cobicistat-containing medicines, other steroids, monoamine oxidase inhibitors, or certain antidepressants should be avoided as you may be at an increased risk of having side effects.
