Contraindications
- Allergy to azilsartan medoxomil, chlortalidone or any other components of Myotan Ct 40 mg tablets
- Anuria
- Severe liver or kidney failure
- Low levels of potassium, calcium, or sodium
- High blood pressure during pregnancy
- Untreated Addison's disease
- Undergoing lithium therapy
- History of gout or uric acid calculi

- Weakness of muscles or twitching of muscles
- Abnormal heartbeat

Directions for Use
- Please take Myotan Ct 40mg tablets exactly as directed by your doctor
- Do not crush, chew or break the tablet in half
- Swallow the tablet as a whole with a glass of water

- Store the tablets at a temperature below 25°C away from light and moisture
- Keep out of reach of children
- Please do not use the medicines past the date of expiry mentioned on the label
