• If you are allergic to metoprolol, amlodipine, telmisartan, or any other ingredient of Met Xl Amt tablet.
• If you have very low blood pressure, this medicine can lower it further.
• If you have a very slow heart rate or certain heart rhythm problems, you should consult your doctor.
• If you have a history of severe heart failure that is not well controlled.
• If you have severe liver disease, this medicine may not be suitable for you.
• If you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant, this medicine may harm the unborn baby.
• If you have had a serious reaction to similar blood pressure medicines in the past.
• If you have shock or circulatory problems, in which blood flow to organs is already reduced.
