Medical Description

Lupisulide-P tablet is used to treat headache, toothache, fever, ear, joint and menstrual pain. It contains nimesulide and paracetamol as its main ingredients. Lupisulide-P tablet blocks the action of pain and fever-causing chemicals called prostaglandins, which are produced by the body in response to injury or infection.

Lupisulide P is also known as a painkiller or pain reliever. It should not be used in children under 12 years of age and people with stomach ulcers, kidney or liver or heart problems. It should be taken as directed by the doctor and in the exact dose and duration as prescribed.

Do not take this medicine for a longer duration. Take the Lupisulide P tablet with food or a glass of milk to avoid an upset stomach. Before starting tab Lupisulide P, inform your doctor about all existing medications, supplements and disease conditions.

Contraindications of LUPISULIDE P STRIP OF 10 TABLETS

  • If you are allergic to paracetamol, nimesulide, other anti-inflammatory medicines (aspirin) or any of the ingredients of the Lupisulide-P tablet.
  • If you have a history of liver damage induced by anti-inflammatory medicines like (Nimesulide).
  • If you have or had a history of stomach bleeding, ulcer and inflammation of the stomach lining.
  • If you have problems related to blood clotting and bleeding disorders.
  • If you have impaired liver or kidney function.
  • If you have a serious heart failure problem.
  • If you are an alcoholic or drug addict.
  • If you are suffering from symptoms of flu-like fever, chills, shivering.
  • If you are pregnant (especially third trimester) or are breastfeeding.
