- Results take time. This medicine is not an immediate painkiller. It may take 2 to 4 weeks or longer to feel the full benefits.
- Monitor your bowel movements. If you develop severe or persistent diarrhoea, stop taking and consult your doctor.
- Your urine may turn bright yellow or orange due to diacerein. This is harmless and will resolve when you stop the medicine.
- Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated, especially if you experience diarrhoea.
- Continue taking even if you don't feel immediate relief, as the medicine works over time.
