Other General Warnings

• You have any other eye problems like corneal damage, dry eye syndrome, vision or sight disturbances, etc.
• You had any eye surgery or cataract surgery.
• You are suffering from any liver or kidney problems.
• You need to avoid wearing contact lenses while using Locula 10% eye drops.
• You experience irritation, pain, redness of the eyes, changes in vision, changes in your eyelids, changes in the colour of the iris, any other allergic conditions or your condition worsens after using Locula 10% eye drops, you need to discontinue the medicine and immediately contact your doctor.
• Do not use this medicine for any other condition than that prescribed by the doctor.
• Locula 10% eye drops is not recommended for use in children less than 2 months old.

• Use Locula 10% eye drops as instructed by your doctor or pharmacist.
• It is meant for topical eye use only.
• Follow all the directions carefully and do not miss any doses.
• Read the instructions on the label before usage.
• Shake it well before use.
• Wash your hands thoroughly before and after using Locula 10% eye drops.
• If you are wearing contact lenses, remove them and then instil the drops.
• Use the exact number of drops recommended.
• After instilling the drops, close your eyes for 2-3 minutes; do not blink or squeeze.
• Avoid touching your eyes with the dropper, it must be kept clean.
• Wipe any excess liquid from your face with a napkin or tissue.
• If you are prescribed any other eye drops, you need to keep an interval of at least 5 to 10 minutes between both the drops.

• Store Locula 10% eye drops in a clean and dry place.
• Keep the medicine away from children and pets.
• You must not use the eye drops once their expiry date has passed and discard them properly.
• Do not use the eye drops if you notice the contents are of a different colour in any way or if particles are present.

Interactions with other medicines

• You should always tell the doctor if you are using any other medicines, herbal preparations and supplements to avoid any interactions.
• Use of the Locula 10% eye drop along with medicines such as silver nitrate is not recommended.
• If you use another eye drop product concomitantly with this medicine, keep a minimum gap of 10 minutes between the application of both the medicines.
